A customer from Feeding Hills, MA had a driveway with immense cracking and separation. Our team decided the best solution to this particular problem was to utilize PolyLevel mixture to lift the concrete back into its particular place. The homeowners were pleased with every aspect of the process and love the results!
This home's driveway in Feeding Hills, MA had a bad crack that needed urgent repair. Our crew used Polylevel to stabilize the sidewalk and bring it to the original height.
We went to perform work on a house that had been built on a slope during the original construction. The foundation under the garage had sections that began pushing out with cracks stemming from the ground up on both sides of the section that was pushing out.
The crew went out and used Carbon Armour strips to fix the crack in a foundation wall in Gardner, MA. They had to apply hydraulic cement to the wall before placing the strips because cement is the only surface the strips will stick to.
Paul R. called us with some structural and support complaints in his small home in Hopedale. His basement is divided by a 3-foot-tall wall into two sections: one is poured concrete flooring, and the other is a 5-foot-tall dirt crawlspace. There were lally columns put in over 40 years ago to support the old wooden beams holding up the rest of the house. But the first floor had become uneven and had some bounce to it, meaning that the lally columns were allowing too much movement for the support beams. Kenny and his crew went and installed SmartJack supports next to the old ones to raise the beams back up and even out the flooring upstairs. In the pictures, the brighter, thicker supports are the ones we installed.
